If you have a rechargeable PiriNeu365 card you do not need to collect your pass from the ticket office: just buy it online and hit the slopes!
No, as it is a small resort there is no exclusive beginner's pass that gives access to specific areas for beginners. However, the price of the day pass is very affordable: you can ski throughout the resort for €34 for adults and €25.50 for children.
The afternoon pass is valid from 1:00 p.m. And it costs €27 for adults and €20.50 for children.
You can purchase the season pass preferably via the Vallter online shop or at the resort offices. Season passes must be collected from the building at the bottom of the resort.

If you witness an accident, you should mark the place where the accident took place by arranging skis in the snow in the shape of a cross. You should then notify the piste service at the nearest lift. If you have an accident yourself, it is important to protect yourself and keep warm.

While not compulsory, wearing a helmet is highly recommended for adults and especially children. It significantly reduces the possibility of suffering a serious head injury as a result of an accident whilst practising winter sports.

Yes, there is a motorhome parking area in the lower car park at 1.900 m (P6). A chairlift links the car park to the ski station between 8.30 h and 9.30 h.
If you park in car parks 5 or 6 and bring your ski or snowboard equipment, you can go up directly with the Enric Planella chairlift. Otherwise, there is the shuttle bus, which runs the service between car parks, to the base of the station. There is a price of €2 round trip, which will be refunded when you buy the ski pass.
Continuous journeys from car park 5 to car park 1 from 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Free if you present your ski pass. Otherwise the price of the ticket is 2€ (round trip). The sledge ticket is not valid.
Vallter has 6 parking areas with capacity for around 950 vehicles. We also have monthly parking space passes or for the whole season. In order to access car parks 1, 2 and 3 at the base of the resort, the prior purchase of the pass or the season pass is mandatory (* ).
Parking lots 4 and 5 will be available for people without a pass or when there are no more spaces left in parking lots 1, 2 and 3.
Motorhomes, even if they have a pass, must park in P6 and access the base of the station with the Llançadora Bus or the TC Enric Planella.

The Sledging Park is only open on weekends and bank holidays.

Yes, you can buy a discounted 1 or 2-day family pack for 1 or 2 adults and 1 or 2 children. There must be at least 3 passes purchased through the pack.
Yes. The discount that will be applied per member will be 10% non-cumulative. With the day passes, you must justify your status as a member of a large family or a single parent by presenting a valid card issued by the Generalitat de Catalunya at the request of station staff at any time.
The discounts are applied per member from the first pass, it is not necessary for all members of a family to purchase the pass to enjoy the individual discount.

There is only the TEISA SKI-BUS line from Girona to Vallter on weekends and holidays, with stops in different towns.
Vallter does not have a nursery for children. However, it has a programme of workshops where children from 3 to 8 years old can have a good time accompanied by their parents. Consult activities.
There are three restaurants in the station. The Cafeteria-Restaurant La Portella where you can enjoy good mixed dishes and pizzas. The Cafeteria Las Marmotas with sandwiches, tapas and pizzas. And the Foodtrcuk specialises in hamburgers and frankfurters.
The free use of the so-called Ski-Bike or Snow-Bike devices is not allowed on the slopes of the mountain resorts managed by FGC. Except when its use is directly related to people with reduced mobility. Section 14 of the FGC ski resort regulations for use and ski passes is applicable.
If Vallter ski resort closes due to adverse weather conditions and you have a ski pass with a valid date for the closing day, a refund will be applied in proportion to the daily price paid in the days following the closing day.
