This alpine skiing competition brings together promising young people from the U10 and U12 categories in a day full of sport and excitement.

The six ski and mountain resorts managed by Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya plan to open their ski areas until Easter. With 28 days of the season ahead, winter sports enthusiasts will be able to enjoy unbeatable conditions thanks to the abundant snowfall recorded in recent weeks.

The six Ferrocarrils resorts, together, plan to open almost all of the ski areas this weekend. The good condition of the slopes, the constant work of the station staff and the forecast of more snowfall predict a good end to the season with the ski areas in optimal operation until Easter.

The staff will carry a device that can be activated in the event of an incident, which will allow the person to be located and monitored in real time and instantly. When the device is activated, it sends an alert to the telephone number that is associated, either the control center or the staff on duty. With this new tool, Ferrocarrils reaffirms its commitment to the safety of its workers by betting on new technologies.

Make-up workshops, costume contests, hot chocolates, live music and many more activities will fill La Molina, Vall de Núria, Vallter, Espot, Port Ainé and Boí Taüll with debauchery.

The charity event, which will take place next Saturday, February 22, was created with the aim of raising funds for cancer patients and their families. The event is organized by the Fundació Oncolliga Girona and will feature a wide range of recreational and sporting activities.
